Aire Mile 38 Esholt 169'
An afternoon’s exploration of Esholt revealed why it is possibly one of Yorkshire’s most famous hamlets. It is the original home of ITV’s Emmerdale Farm and exciting for me, Esholt also hosts a huge waste water treatment plant. Esholt Sewage Works. Bloomin’ fantastic. Capturing the sun glinting off those shiny hoppers was a real moment of great happiness for me.
